Deposit and Payment Schedule:

For scheduled tours (Grand Circle, Mighty 5, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Alaska, etc.), a deposit of 25% is due upon booking your tour. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the trip departure.

For private or custom tours, 50% of the total cost is due at booking.  The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

For scheduled tours (Grand Circle, Mighty 5, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Alaska, etc.) written notice, email or letter, received 61-days or more prior to departure, is required to receive a refund less a $100 dollar per person cancellation fee. Cancellation made in writing 60 to 31 days prior to departure is required to receive a refund less 50% of the tour cost. No refunds are given thereafter.

For private or custom tours, a written notice, received 61-days or more prior to departure, is required to receive a refund less a $50 dollar per person cancellation fee.  The client is also responsible for any 3rd party nonrefundable expenses incurred.
